Reginald is Director of Programs at Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder partnership platform that catalyzes action on inclusive agricultural development in Southeast Asia. The platform convenes governments, farmers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to co-create value chain projects and transform their commodity sectors to improve smallholder farmers’ productivity, incomes and environmental sustainability. Grow Asia was established by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat.
Reginald is responsible for supporting and strengthening Grow Asia’s five Country Partnerships, identifying and bringing together partners, and facilitating them as they collaborate. In doing so, the Country Partnerships and their Working Groups become platforms that increasingly converge development efforts focused on smallholders, deliver results at scale, and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
Reginald is passionate about working at the intersection of development and finance. He has more than a decade of experience in investment banking and financial markets and has been involved in more than 40 debt capital market transactions across currencies, geographies, sectors and issuers.
