Head, Knowledge & Programs
Grow Asia
Reginald Lee is Head of Knowledge and Programs at Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder partnership platform that builds regional and country partnerships to broker market-driven solutions for more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable food systems in Southeast Asia. Grow Asia does this by convening global and regional stakeholders from public and private sectors, as well as civil society and farmer organizations around macro-level issues (e.g., agri-food innovation, women’s economic empowerment, responsible investing, and climate change resilience) and by facilitating the development of more inclusive and sustainable value chains through partnership brokerage, developing and sharing best practice, and creating an ecosystem that supports collaboration. Grow Asia was established by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat.
Reginald is responsible for overseeing the implementation of programs and activities in line with Grow Asia's regional strategic priorities. This includes developing resource mobilization and operational plans collaboratively with country teams; managing expenditure and disbursement of resources allocated to programs; and managing relationships with donors and key investors. In addition, Reginald is responsible for organization-wide data collection and reporting, knowledge sharing, and systemic learning so that success stories and experiences are shared internally, and with Grow Asia partners and stakeholders.
Reginald is passionate about working at the intersection of development and finance. Reginald has more than a decade of experience in investment banking and financial markets, working at various financial institutions including Bank of America Merrill Lynch and BNP Paribas.
Reginald holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore Business School, a Master of Tri-Sector Collaboration from Singapore Management University and is a CFA charterholder.
