Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA)
Ratha is responsible for supporting and strengthening the Grow Asia Cambodia Partnership for Sustainable Agriculture (CPSA), and for managing Grow Asia and CPSA’s communications efforts in Cambodia. Ratha oversees the delivery of high-quality secretariat services to CPSA’s participating members by facilitating a multi-stakeholder platform where companies, government agencies, civil society organizations, farmer groups and financial institutions are linking smallholder farmers to the market.
Ratha has over 12 years of experience in development, research and consultancy. Before joining Grow Asia, he advised organizations from the public and private sectors on inclusive agriculture, value chain development, market analysis and business strategy. He worked on a number of key development projects in Cambodia, including IFAD_AIMS, SNV Netherlands- NOURISH (USAID), Innovation Against Poverty and ADDA-INFOSE. He has worked a range of organizations and government bodies, including the Federation of Associations for Small and Medium Enterprises of Cambodia, the Ministry of Commerce and the Mekong Institute.
Ratha holds a Dual Master’s Degree from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management (Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management) and Université Lumière Lyon 2 (Entrepreneurship of Socio-Economic Projects).
