Pranav is the Manager, Partnerships at Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder partnership platform that catalyzes action on inclusive agricultural development in Southeast Asia. The platform convenes governments, farmers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to co-create value chain initiatives focused on smallholder farmers and environmental sustainability of agriculture. Grow Asia was established by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat.
Pranav is responsible for supporting and strengthening the Grow Asia Country Partnerships in Indonesia (PISAgro), Myanmar (MAN) and the Philippines (PPSA), which currently engage 260 partner organizations across 31 crop and issue-based Working Groups, reaching close to 1.5 million smallholder farmers. Pranav is also responsible for managing Grow Asia’s communications efforts, including case studies, reports, learning events and Grow Asia's online presence.
Prior to Grow Asia, Pranav was the Group Sustainability Manager of MCI, the world’s largest event management and association consultancy firm. In this role, Pranav provided strategic guidance to organizations such as SAP, Booking.com the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) on sustainable management systems, delivering solutions across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. He was also responsible for managing MCI’s internal sustainability program, leading a team of 106 sustainability champions across 61 locations globally.
