Misha is the Head of Sustainable Value Chains of Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder partnership platform that catalyzes action for inclusive agricultural development in Southeast Asia. The platform convenes governments, farmers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to co-create value chain initiatives focused on smallholder farmers and agricultural environmental sustainability. Grow Asia was established by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat.

Misha leads the implementation of two public-private impact funds designed to accelerate food systems transformation in Southeast Asia. These include programs under the GrowVentures impact fund, which aims to accelerate the adoption of climate-smart innovations and digital solutions, and the GrowHer impact fund, which aims to amplify the business case for women’s economic empowerment.

Misha has over 12 years of experience in the private sector working for Nestlé. She took on global, regional, and local roles and had been based in both the company’s Headquarters in Switzerland and the country office in the Philippines. During her time at Nestlé, she took on roles related to public affairs, policy engagement, government relations, communications, and managed Nestlé’s sustainability programs. She led global, regional, and local programs on nutrition, environmental sustainability, and rural development. Prior to Nestlé, Misha held brief tenures at Oxfam Australia and within the UN system in the Philippines.

Misha received her Master of Science graduate degree in Social Policy and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies with a specialization in Political Science from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
