Asia

Megan Sullivan is the Head of Programs at Grow Asia – a multi-stakeholder partnership platform established by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat that catalyzes action for inclusive agricultural development in Southeast Asia. The platform convenes global and regional stakeholders from public and private sectors, as well as civil society and farmer organizations, to co-create value chain initiatives focused on smallholder farmers and environmental sustainability.

As Head of Programs, Megan leads program design and implementation, supporting all of Grow Asia's impact funds and grants, with a particular focus on GrowBeyond – Grow Asia’s largest public-private climate fund to leverage $1 billion of green investment, and GrowRight – Grow Asia’s fund for accredited training and investor matching initiatives that promote more sustainable investments in Southeast Asia’s agri-food sector.

Prior to joining the Grow Asia team, Megan had been delivering successful public and private sector projects in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean for more than 10 years. Most recently, Megan served as the Deputy Chief of Party for USAID Green Invest Asia, supporting the mobilization of $446 million, and unlocking the potential to reduce a projected 156 million tons of carbon emissions through the improved management of 1.7 million hectares of land. Megan is dedicated to catalyzing positive change through local solutions.
