Ishwinder is Manager, Partnerships at Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder partnership platform that catalyzes action on inclusive agricultural development in South East Asia. The platform convenes governments, farmers, NGOs, and other stakeholders to co-create value chain initiatives focused on smallholder farmers and environmental sustainability of agriculture. Grow Asia was established by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat.
Ishwinder is responsible for supporting the Country Partnership Secretariats in Cambodia (CPSA) so that they deliver sustainable outcomes in critical sectors. She also leads Grow Asia’s government engagement initiatives. She is responsible for building the capacity of Grow Asia’s Country Partnerships and stakeholders, enabling them to engage governments by holding dialogues around key issues on regulation, policy and public investments.
Prior to joining Grow Asia, Ishwinder was a Senior Account Manager at APCO Worldwide, in both Singapore and Dubai. During her time at APCO, she implemented multi-country stakeholder engagement and communications campaigns across Southeast Asia and the Middle East for multinational clients in the ICT, real estate, healthcare, F&B and transport sectors.
Ishwinder holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University in Melbourne, majoring in Political Science and Criminology.
