Dr. Kishor is an experienced Human Resources and Organizational Development professional with a Master’s and PhD in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. With over a decade of expertise, he has cultivated a career bridging academia and industry, specializing in strategic HR, organizational development, and leadership.

Dr. Kishor began his career in the hospitality industry, focusing on training and development, before transitioning into academia. Over the course of more than ten years, he taught, mentored, and led workforce transformation initiatives.

Driven by his passion for people and organizational excellence, he returned to the industry, taking on leadership roles, including Director of Human Capital, where he advised on employee relations, talent development, and organizational strategy.

Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager at Grow Asia, Dr. Kishor is dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture, strengthening talent pipelines, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

An advocate of strengths-based leadership, he views HR as more than just policy—it’s about creating environments where people feel valued, heard, and inspired to grow. With a commitment to continuous learning and innovation, Dr. Kishor is focused on driving Grow Asia’s mission to build inclusive, engaged, and high-impact teams that contribute to organizational success.
